Eggplant fatteh – Fattet betinjanfeatured
Here’s my version of fattet betinjan- eggplant with ground beef or lamb, cooked in a tangy tomato and pomegranate sauce, served on a bed of crispy pita and topped with garlic tahini yogurt.
